International Humanitarian Law (IHL) refers to the rules that govern armed conflict with the goal of less destruction, suffering, and death. Without rules, conflict can descend into chaos. IHL lessens the probability of inhumane suffering and death. 

 

The goal of the West Bay Chapter's campaign is to educate people, especially youth, about IHL through engaging activities and social media posts.
